Title: Personal Time Converted
Good News. Your vacation time will now be
converted to PTO Time, or Personal Time Off. These are some exciting
times for our company due to to this conversion. Most of you will
lose your existing vacation in this process, including days that you have
saved up or carried over.
How to calculate your PTO time.
Every employee receives 8 weeks of non-useable PTO time. Each of
these weeks can not be taken while you are an employee with
OnlyTuesday.com . Also note, that we will not pay this time if you
are terminated or quit. You will also be given 4 days of PTO time
per each 6 week period of non-consecutive days. What does that mean?
Who knows, but it will never happen.
On each third Saturday of every month, you will
be docked 2 PTO hours, per the number of years you've been an employee.
If you are working that Saturday, your PTO time will double, and then be
divided by 2.
Any saved vacation days will be converted in to
un-saved PTO time. This time can not be used as PTO time.
