Please note the follow procedure in ordering office
supplies. We will no longer tolerate simply asking for new / replacement
items such as pencils, pens or scratch paper.
In order to request office supply items, you will need
to fill out a Request Info Item B-272 Form. This will need to be
CC'ed to the following 16 people, and signed off by 15 of the 16 employees.
Please allow 6-8 weeks before delivery of office supplies.
