CARE BENEFITS
It's the end of the month,
which means we've instituted a new health care provider. We will be
sending out new doctor books, along with our new rates / and co-pays.
Please note that if you have any outstanding bills from last month's health care
provider, it is your resposibilty to take care of any payments that were not
made.
In the future, please note,
that you will need to call the 1-900-Health-Care ($3.00 the first minute, $2.50
each additional minute) number BEFORE any injurious / doctor visits to see if
the illness / injury is covered in your plan.
